Development

The company boasts two major R&D centers located in Dongguan and Chengdu. We have onboarded senior experts, professors, and senior engineers from the international vacuum industry to provide professional guidance and oversee our new product development and design. Our R&D team comprises 27% of our workforce, with R&D expenses accounting for 16% of our total expenditure.


We pride ourselves on our cutting-edge facilities, including our in-house thin film detection and analysis laboratory and cutting test laboratory, both equipped with multi-million level equipment. Additionally, we have established strong R&D partnerships with numerous university laboratories and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Process Joint Development

  • Establishment / Initiation

    Be goal-oriented, set clear project goals and define the scope of the project based on customer needs.

    Management authorizes the project manager to be fully responsible for project goal management.

    According to product type or industry classification, we set up professional project teams and concentrate superior resources to provide guarantee for the projects.

  • Monitoring

    Each stage of the project involves demand research and analysis, potential risk analysis, process design, application testing, and terminal testing.

    The Project Management Office (PMO) monitors the progress of phase planning and process results, analyzes risks, and handles target deviations.

    Project work begins with the end in mind, and the target results are ultimately accepted by the customer.

  • Delivery

    Form standardized execution documents to package products and guide standard operations.

    Summarize project experience and form a technical database.

    Continuously follow up on customer usage effects and after-sales services for iterative needs.

    Prepare and publish project management process performance reports.
